Role Description The M&E Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. This position is responsible for coordinating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works across projects, ensuring design intent, quality standards, and safety requirements are met. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring M&E systems and site progress, liaising with contractors and consultants, resolving technical and coordination issues, and updating project documentation. The coordinator prepares regular reports on M&E activities, tracks compliance with project specifications and timelines, and supports inspections, testing, and commissioning activities. The role involves close collaboration with project managers and site teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of all M&E works.
Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in M&E coordination, including Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) understanding and practical site application.
  • Candidates should possess skills in system monitoring, with experience tracking performance, identifying issues, and supporting corrective actions for M&E systems.
  • Candidates should possess skills in project coordination, including scheduling, stakeholder communication, and follow-up on site activities.
  • Candidates should possess skills in report writing, including preparing technical summaries, progress reports, and documentation for management and clients.
  • Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or related engineering field is preferred.
  • Experience in construction or building services coordination, ideally within main contractor or similar environments, is beneficial.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to read and interpret technical drawings, and familiarity with relevant codes and standards are advantageous.
  • Effective communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work on-site and manage multiple priorities.
