At REACH Senior Service, we run Active Ageing Centres where we walk alongside seniors who are lonely, lost, or overlooked. We believe every senior is valuable and able to live life to their fullest potential — and we're looking for people who believe that too.

We're hiring for two roles:

Community Care Associate (CCA)

A great entry point into the sector. You'll support programme delivery, engage seniors on the ground, assist with health monitoring, and help keep the centre running smoothly. Expect a mix of people work and paperwork — both matter equally here.

Community Care Executive (CCE)

For those ready to take ownership. You'll independently plan and run programmes, conduct welfare checks and home visits, coordinate care referrals for vulnerable seniors, and manage volunteer engagement. You'll also be responsible for accurate documentation across multiple systems — from client records to KPI reporting.

A honest note on both roles: we work across several digital platforms — client management systems, referral tools, health monitoring apps, and administrative systems. We're also actively exploring how AI can help us serve seniors better. If you're comfortable picking up new systems quickly and open to working smarter with digital tools, you'll fit right in.
