Consultant – Shift Process Engineer (Pharmaceuticals) | Singapore

Join us as our company’s first ambassador to our clients! We are looking for a motivated and skilled Consultant to take on the role of Shift Process Engineer (Downstream Processing) in the context of industrial transfer projects.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide scientific support and coordinate activities required to execute the industrial process transfer from the sending site to the receiving site
• Support the structuring, organization, and execution of GARAMP (Gap Analysis, Risk Analysis, Mitigation Plan) required for the transfer project
• Identify process gaps between sending and receiving sites for new process implementation
• Analyze gaps, assess risks, and propose mitigation actions
• Participate in defining mitigation plans and track progress
• Build and manage tracking files for GARAMP activities
• Organize and participate in project meetings to report progress and findings
• Support the organization and implementation of risk analyses, such as FMEA, if needed
• Collect, analyze, and synthesize information and data to enable process transfer activities

Your Profile:

• Degree in Process Engineering with a focus on the pharmaceutical industry
• Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical process engineering
• Previous experience in industrial transfer projects highly valued
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical standards and regulations (GMP, GLP, etc.)

Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, as required by project activities.
