**Job Summary**
We are seeking dedicated Student Care Supervisors and Teachers to provide quality after-school care and supervision for primary school students. You will create a safe, nurturing environment that supports students' academic and personal development whilst fostering positive relationships with children, parents, and school staff.
**Job Description**
• Supervise students during after-school hours, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
• Assist students with homework completion and provide academic guidance when needed
• Plan and facilitate engaging recreational activities, games, and enrichment programmes
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behaviour, and progress reports
**Job Requirements**
• Minimum NITEC or equivalent qualification with good command of English
• Previous experience working with children aged 7-12 years preferred
• Patient, caring personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment and manage classroom behaviour effectively
