The Stock Supervisor is responsible for overseeing inventory management, stock control, and storage operations within the mini mart or trading business. The role ensures accurate stock levels, proper organization, and timely replenishment to support smooth retail and supply operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily stock operations including receiving, storing, and issuing goods
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of products
• Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory systems
• Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts, and full stock audits
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of goods (FIFO method)
• Check incoming deliveries for quantity and quality accuracy
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for stock movement
• Minimize stock losses, damages, and discrepancies
• Prepare stock reports and highlight shortages or overstock situations
• Supervise stock assistants and assign daily tasks
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of storage areas
• Assist in pricing, tagging, and display coordination when required
