The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, managing retail and wholesale operations, and developing customer relationships. The role involves overseeing daily sales performance, managing sales staff, and implementing strategies to increase revenue and market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets
• Manage daily sales operations across retail (mini mart) and trading channels
• Lead, supervise, and motivate sales staff to meet performance goals
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners
• Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
• Ensure proper product pricing, promotions, and merchandising
• Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to maintain stock availability
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service improvement initiatives
• Plan and implement promotional activities to increase sales
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and retail regulations
