We're partnering with a leading international shipping company to hire an Operations Coordinator to join its Marine HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate or someone with administrative experience who enjoys planning, organising and working with people.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate monthly officer briefing programmes, including scheduling, logistics and accommodation
• Liaise with vessel officers and internal stakeholders to ensure events run smoothly
• Support interview scheduling and general Marine HR administration
• Prepare reports, presentations and meeting materials
• Assist with audits, projects and other team initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Maritime Studies or any field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
