• Basic Salary: $3,000 – $4,000

Job Scope

• Process accounts payable, prepare journal entries, month-end closing, maintain accounting records, and submit GST (F5) filings.
• Process payroll, CPF, IR8A, Employment Pass applications, government claims, and maintain leave and attendance records.
• Manage office administration, including vendor coordination, office maintenance, insurance renewals, service contracts, and liaise with auditors and government agencies.
• Provide administrative support, handle directors' personal matters, and perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Preferably 2 years of Accounts Payable or accounting experience.
• Knowledge of Singapore payroll, CPF, GST, IR8A, and Employment Pass processing is an advantage
