Responsibilities 

• Coordinate and supervise M&E installations, testing, and commissioning to ensure alignment with design specifications and safety regulations. 
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to address discrepancies and resolve technical site issues. 
• Monitor site progress, contractor performance, and M&E contract works to ensure adherence to quality, codes, and safety standards. 
• Track project timelines, budgets, material submissions, and shop drawings to ensure deliverables remain within allocated resources. 
• Oversee both internal teams and external sub-contractors to maintain work scope and quality execution within project specs. 

Requirements 

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in A&A or construction. 
• Proven track record in M&E execution, specifically with experience in a Main Contractor environment. 
• Strong understanding of shop drawings, material submission tracking, regulatory compliance, and M&E testing procedures.
