M&E Tender QS (ACMV+Electrical+Fire+ Plumbing): Redhill x 1

ACMV QS : Tai Seng x 1, Sim Ming x 1.

Job Description

• Knowledgeable in Chilled Water System and VRV system, Fire protection, Electrical, Plumbing & Sanitary.

• Knowledgeable in Singapore Code of Practice

• Responsible for tender surveying, checking of documents, and understanding of drawings and specifications

• Preparation of tender and contract documents, including quantity take off & liaise with Clients & consultants

• Must be able to do the costing independently to complete the whole tender process 

• To liaise with the supplier, main contractors, and sub-contractors to prepare the costing for tender submission

• Respond and follow up to the client’s queries for the submitted tender

Requirement

Need not be perfect in Electrical and ACMV, but need to strong in either 1.

Degree/Dip in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Quantity Surveyor

Passion to do tender.

Junior to Senior Roles are available.

Candidates from M&E Project Engineers are also welcome to apply if keen to convert to QS role.
