About the Role:

We are a premier Interior Design Services company specializing in residential and commercial spaces. We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Senior Accountant to oversee our company’s corporate finances and project accountings. This role requires an independent professional capable of navigating multi-project financial controls and ensuring full compliance with Singapore's financial regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage full sets of accounts and ensure accurate, timely monthly and annual financial reporting for corporate entities.
• Oversee project financial lifecycles, including project costing analysis, monitoring subcontractor progress claims, and handling client progressive billings.
• Monitor company cash flow, manage working capital, and prepare regular budget variance reports for management review.
• Prepare and process all statutory tax submissions, including quarterly GST filing, corporate income tax computation, and ensuring compliance with IRAS.
• Liaise closely with external auditors, tax agents, and commercial banks for trade facilities or project financing requirements.
• Maintain, review, and streamline internal financial controls and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to mitigate project risks and improve profitability.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CA Singapore).
• Minimum 4 years of solid, relevant working experience in managing full sets of accounts, preferably within the interior design, corporate renovation, or construction service industries.
• Strong proficiency in standard accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB) and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical skills with a sharp eye for detail regarding project costing and financial forecasting.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple project deadlines independently in a fast-paced environment.
