Your Role

As a Client Services Associate, you will manage research projects from initial client brief through to completion. You will identify, contact, and engage relevant industry experts, arranging consultations that address clients’ specific research needs.

Working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment, you will manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate regularly with experts and clients. You will also introduce clients to a broader range of research solutions where appropriate.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Understand client requirements and manage projects from start to finish
  • Identify and engage suitable industry experts across different sectors
  • Conduct outbound calls and overcome objections to secure expert participation
  • Arrange expert consultations within tight project deadlines
  • Manage multiple client requests and research projects simultaneously
  • Build strong relationships with experts and key client stakeholders
  • Develop knowledge across markets, industries, and business models
  • Identify opportunities to introduce additional research services

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Degree holder with strong academic performance
  • Business-level fluency in written and spoken English
  • Confident communicator who is comfortable conducting outbound calls
  • Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
  • Commercially minded with a genuine interest in business and financial markets
  • Resilient, ambitious, and motivated by performance targets
  • Able to learn quickly and solve problems under tight deadlines
  • Strong multitasking, organization, and project management abilities
  • Previous internship, leadership, extracurricular, or client-facing experience is preferred
  • Existing work authorization is preferred, although sponsorship may be considered subject to eligibility
