岗位职责
- Assist to lead and supervise staff in all aspects in general building maintenance and upkeep of M&E installations such as electrical, plumbing & drainage, fire services, air-conditioning and lifts and escalators, etc.
- Be responsible for the safe, reliable and efficient operation and maintenance of technical services in industrial / residential properties
- Plan and review all existing building facilities and installations to enhance the life cycle of plants and equipment in our managed portfolio
- Liaise with all relevant parties to ensure workplace safety during course of maintenance works
- Prepare and review tenders and sealed quotations in response to users’ requirements
- Perform building budget and control on all major improvement and recurrent projects
- Manage all regular maintenance contracts and monitor the working performance of service contractors to strive for continuous improvement and excellence
- Attend emergency calls and I.O./ O.C. meetings as and when necessary.
