A well-known developer seeks for a Senior Manager, Property Development to drive land acquisition and property investment initiatives through market analysis, financial modelling, stakeholder management, and deal execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing business strategies and plans for the acquisition of development sites and investment properties.
• Conduct market research, financial analysis, and cash flow modelling; prepare feasibility studies and investment recommendations to support management decision-making.
• Lead negotiations with key stakeholders, including government departments, property agencies, and professional consultants, to secure and complete investment and development opportunities.
• Monitor market conditions, industry trends, and regulatory developments, providing insights to support strategic decisions.
• Oversee property valuation and rating-related matters.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

• Degree holder in Surveying, Real Estate, Property Development, or a related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as MHKIS (General Practice) or MRICS (Valuation); CFA designation is a plus.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in property development, land acquisition, and related land matters.
• Working experience in reputable property developers or real estate consulting firms
• Strong financial acumen with proven hands-on experience in financial evaluation and cash flow modelling.
• Excellent command of written English, with strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
