- Advancing technical support and managing escalations.
- 2nd or 3rd level technical support on Citrix Netscaler, Virtual Apps / Virtual Desktops, VDI Technology and Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop.
- Work with cross-functional teams for compliance standards.
- Participate in the migration phases and Post‑implementation support and handover works.
