Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end portfolio tracking by bridging investment monitoring with back-office operations, which includes reviewing quarterly reports, capital calls/distributions and maintaining highly accurate database

• Build and maintain robust financial model in excel to benchmark prospective funds, alongside conducting comprehensive market research to assess investment risk and potential

• Assist in evaluation on fund managers globally through assessing investment teams, strategies and past performances

• Synthesize fund updates and market research into concise, actionable summaries and presentation decks for senior management

• Participate in terms negotiation and legal structure of fund investments and prepare investment proposals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics or related disciplines with relevant qualifications

• Bring 2-3 years of relevant analytical experience, ideally within Big 4 accounting firm, investment bank, private equity, asset management

• Hands on experience of using third party investment portfolio management software for investment analysis and fund accounting

• Able to work under tight deadlines and pressure with minimal supervision, take pride and ownership in work product

• Strong in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Possess strong quantitative, written and verbal communication skills, with professional fluency in English and Mandarin
