My client is a well-established insurance company in Hong Kong. They are looking for a Policy Administration Manager to lead policy servicing operations for life insurance products.
Responsibilities

• As a team manager to manage daily policy administration and servicing for life insurance.
• Ensure all policy processes are accurate, compliant, and completed on time.
• Lead, coach, and monitor the policy administration team.
• Handle policy changes, adjustments, and fund administration support.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve enquiries and operational issues
• To drive process improvement, automation, reporting, and risk control.

Requirements

• Degree holder or above.
• Around 10 years of solid experience in policy administration or policy servicing in life insurance.
• Proven managerial experience with team leadership responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of life insurance products, saving products and ILAS products. 
• Good understanding of operations, compliance, control, and workflow improvement.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
