Job Description

Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused Assistant Property Manager to join our dynamic real estate management team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the daily operations of our property portfolio, ensuring high tenant satisfaction, and maintaining excellent property standards. Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth daily property operations.

  • Ensure the property complies with local regulations and maintains high safety standards.

  • Handle the entire tenant process, including marketing vacant units, property tours, background screenings, onboarding/offboarding, and lease renewals.

  • Maintain accurate tenant records and attend management meetings to report property performance.

  • Act as the primary point of contact to resolve tenant inquiries, complaints, and emergency calls promptly.

  • Oversee maintenance services, conduct regular property inspections, and coordinate with vendors/contractors effectively.

  • Assist in budget preparation, track expenses, and support rent collection.

  • Coach team members, including ground crew and maintenance personnel.

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in property management.

  • Holder of Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1 and Tier 2) is highly preferred.

  • Proven track record in handling tenant relations, resolving operational issues, and managing vendor contracts.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

  • Solid understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, local property regulations, and tenant rights.

  • Exceptional multitasking, negotiation, and communication skills (verbal and written).

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft 365.

  • More experience will be considered for the Property Manager position.
