Jaz Toys HK Limited Hiring! Full Time Senior Logistics Coordinator in Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong - Ricebowl

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with factories/forwarder on shipping schedule

• Prepare forwarder bookings manually or via E-booking

• Prepare loading plans, and monitor shipments are on schedule

• Work closely with our overseas Sales Support Team for shipments and payment receipt matter.

• Update company system timely.

• Prepare full set of shipping documentation

• Present documentation to the bank and customers

• Assist other team members with tasks as assigned

• Provide assistance and backup to the team or to the Department Head as required

 Requirements:

• Form 5 or above

• 10 years or above working experience in shipping field for the toys trading industry

• Experience with manufacturing / buying office / trading office is preferred

• Knowledge of logistics and trade requirements for markets in Asia, Australia, Middle East, South America and LATAM is an advantage

• Can handle full set of I/E shipping & L/C banking documents independently

• Able to work independently

• Prior MDDP experience preferred

• Good computer skills, especially in Word and Excel

• Self-motivated, with good interpersonal skill, able to work under pressure and overtime

• Good in written English

• Immediately available is preferred
