*Position - Project Coordinator cum admin (paper work) - Perm*

We are hiring for an established *lighting company, LIGHT BASIC STUDIO PTE. LTD*

The role is 70% in the office paper work* and *30% site visiting.

*Work location* : 21 Kallang Avenue

*Responsibilities:*

• Assist manager on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation

• Attend sales queries, prepare and follow up on any sales quotations, delivery of products and installation works

• Coordinate and monitor project activities, ensuring deadlines are met.

• Liaise with the internal department stakeholders, and external with architects, designers, lighting consultants, contractors and the clients

• Attend site meetings and ensure timely project completion

• Prepare lighting proposal

• Draft lighting plan

• Involve in lighting design

• Attend site visit and site survey

• Any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned

• The employee will be expected to undertake other duties as appropriate and as requested by the Company.

*Requirements:*

• Diploma or equivalent

• At least 2-3 years working experience in a related capacity

• Proficient in both spoken and written English

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Familiar with ERP system or other equivalent software platform

• Knowledge in AutoCAD, Sketch-Up and Photoshop software

• Good team player who is keen to learn and with strong analytical, communication and

• interpersonal skills

• Able to work independently with minimal guidance

• Able to work and adapt well in fast-paced environments with strong resilience to meet

• deadlines and targets

• All employees who work in the department cover for each other if someone is on leave or sick leave
