We are looking for a Reception Manager to join our team!

As the Reception Manager, we rely on you to:

• Supervise and lead the Front Desk team
• Ensure all guests enjoy the best possible hotel experience
• Provide help and assistance to all guests
• Engage with guests and enhance their overall experience with the hotel
• Create an exceptional and memorable experience for all guests

We are looking for someone who:

• Takes pride in being a hotelier
• Loves interacting with guests and customers
• Is a friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader
• Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions
• Preferably has relevant experience with hotel background
• Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
