Job Description
Reporting to the Sr Manager / Manager, TTSH Inpatient Operations, the Asst Manager / Sr Executive will drive inpatient operational excellence through care transformation, process redesign, digitalisation, and workforce sustainability initiatives.


Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support and coordinate hospital transformation projects related to inpatient operations, including infrastructure, process improvement, and IT initiatives.
  • Partner Medical, Nursing and Allied Health leads to drive Hospital without Walls strategy through innovative care delivery and operational models.
  • Partner Nursing and multidisciplinary teams across ICU, HDU, General Wards, and TTSH Wards @ Ren Ci to implement care redesign, automation, digitalisation, and job redesign initiatives.
  • Manage inpatient-related projects across the project lifecycle, including planning, implementation, monitoring, funding applications, and procurement.
  • Analyse workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and implement sustainable solutions to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
  • Engage and collaborate with clinical, nursing, operations, and support services stakeholders to drive change and achieve project objectives.
  • Monitor project performance and prepare reports to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Support departmental goals aligned with TTSH's strategic priorities.
  • Undertake special projects and other duties as assigned.

The Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
  • 1-3 years of experience in project management, healthcare operations, process improvement, or transformation initiatives; healthcare experience is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Candidates without prior experience but with strong learning agility and interest in healthcare transformation are welcome to apply.
  • More experienced candidates may be considered for a senior role.
