Location: Klang, Selangor

Monday – Friday
9:00AM – 6:00PM / 8:30AM – 5:30PM
Contract: 6 Months (Renewable / Potential Permanent Opportunity)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Credit Management Executive to manage customer accounts by following up on outstanding payments, assisting with payment arrangements, and maintaining accurate account records. The ideal candidate enjoys communicating with customers, has good negotiation and problem-solving skills, and is able to work in a performance-driven environment while delivering professional and quality customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Contact customers regarding account-related matters and payment follow-ups
• Assist customers with payment arrangements and provide suitable solutions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account updates
• Respond to customer enquiries professionally via phone and messaging channels
• Follow up on pending cases and ensure timely resolution
• Work closely with internal teams to support account management activities
• Achieve individual and team performance targets while maintaining service quality

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant working experience is an advantage
• Diploma or Degree holders are welcome
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
• Able to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Able to work independently while contributing as part of a team
• Willing to provide additional support during peak operational periods when required

Salary & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: RM2,000 – RM3,000 (based on experience)
• Performance Incentive: Up to RM4,000/month (based on performance)
• Phone Allowance: RM50/month
• Medical Claim: RM50/month (Pay & Claim)

• Other statutory benefits in accordance with the Employment Act

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Klang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
