Job Description:
1. Ensure Smooth Facility & Program Operations
- Oversee daily operations of pickleball courts, programs, and events.
- Manage scheduling, booking systems, and service delivery processes.
- Monitor facility upkeep, equipment, and inventory to ensure availability and safety.
- Support new facility or program launches with training and SOP rollouts.
2. Lead & Develop Team Performance
- Supervise and coach operations and front-line staff, including coaches, coordinators, and customer service teams.
- Set clear KPIs, track performance, and support staff growth and training.
- Ensure consistent service standards across all touchpoints.
3. Enhance Customer Experience
- Define and uphold service excellence for members and guests.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and proactively improve retention and loyalty initiatives.
4. Execute Programs, Events & Campaigns
- Support the planning and execution of pickleball programs, tournaments, and brand activations.
- Manage timelines, resources, and staff assignments for events.
- Coordinate with marketing and programming teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
5. Drive Collaboration Across Teams
- Act as a bridge between operations, coaching, marketing, and customer service teams.
- Support cross-departmental initiatives, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Participate in regular reviews to identify and address operational bottlenecks.
- Performs other duties, assignments, obligations, etc., as may be assigned by the Company that fits your skills and experience.

Job Requirements:
- SPM Level, Diploma/Degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, Recreation, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in operations, sports/recreation, or hospitality. Fresh graduates with strong interest in sports will also be considered.
- Fresh graduate are welcome!
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge or passion for pickleball or racket sports is an advantage.
- Ability to use booking systems, Microsoft Office, and basic reporting tools.
- Open/willing to work on shifts (day/evening/night) including weekends and public holidays.
- Energetic, service-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
