Employment Details:

• Contract Duration: 6 months (Renewable/Perm Conversion)
• Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm / 8.30am - 5.30pm)
• Location: 15-17, Jalan Brunei Utara, Pudu, 55100 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound collection calls to delinquent hirers across assigned buckets, meeting daily call volume and contact rate targets
• Negotiate payment arrangements, promise-to-pay (PTP) commitments, and repayment plans with hirers in arrears
• Follow up on broken promises, partial payments, and uncontactable accounts using multiple communication channels (phone, SMS, WhatsApp)
• Update and maintain accurate case notes, payment statuses, and hirer contact information in the collection system
• Escalate high-risk or complex cases to the Senior Executive for further action, including potential repossession or legal referral
• Process and verify incoming payments, settlement enquiries, and early settlement calculations
• Participate in weekend calling programmes and special collection campaigns as required

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• 2 years and above of experience in collections, customer service, or call centre operations; fresh graduates with strong communication skills may be considered
• Experience in hire purchase or auto financing collections is an advantage
• Good communication and negotiation skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a positive and resilient attitude
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; ability to converse in Mandarin or Tamil is an added advantage
• Willingness to participate in weekend or after-hours calling programmes when required

Salary packages:

• RM3,000 (for candidates with at least 2 years experience as collection officers or related roles)
• RM2,000 - RM2,400 (fresh grads, diploma & degree)
• Phone allowances: RM 50 per month
• Medical claim: RM 50 per month (Pay & Claim)
• Commission up to RM4,000

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM6,050.00 per month
