RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as the operational bridge between Business Development, Procedural, Finance and clients.

• Coordinate matters from confirmed instruction until completion.

• Collect client documents and information.

• Coordinate quotation and invoice preparation with Finance.

• Send quotations/invoices and follow up payment.

• Assign work to Procedural after payment and monitor progress.

• Send IP Listing to client to keep them updated on the current progress.

• Prepare routine email and WhatsApp updates.

• Track deadlines and follow up outstanding instructions.

• Schedule strategy meetings where required.

• Escalate all new opportunities to Business Development.

• Maintain accurate records in internal system.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

• 2–5 years’ experience in Client Success, Project Coordination, Legal/Professional Services or similar.

• Previous experience working in IP Law firm or IP industry is highly desirable.

• Good English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive.

• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.

• Problem solving skills and abilities.

• Able to manage multiple matters simultaneously.

• Able to respond to client’s message to ease their worries

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, CRM, ERP Sortware and AI tools.
