The role

You will own the delivery of everything SystemSquad sells.

This is not a coordinator role. You will be hands-on technically, client-facing when it matters, and accountable for whether our clients get what they paid for. You will also build and lead the Malaysian delivery team as it grows.

What you will own

• End-to-end delivery of managed services and projects across our Singapore and Malaysia client base
• The escalation path — you are the final technical stop before the Director
• Service quality: SLA attainment, incident handling, change management, client satisfaction
• Resource planning and scheduling across the delivery team
• Technical standards: runbooks, documentation quality, delivery templates, and the definition of done
• Onboarding and mentoring of engineers as the team grows
• Client-facing technical communication — service reviews, incident reports, project updates
• Delivery gross margin: scoping accurately and delivering within scope

The number you own

Escalations reaching the Director — and it should fall every quarter. Alongside SLA attainment and delivery gross margin.

Requirements

• 7+ years in IT infrastructure or managed services, with at least 2 years leading engineers or owning delivery
• Strong hands-on depth in at least two of: Microsoft 365 / Entra ID / Intune, firewall and network (Fortinet, Palo Alto, or similar), Windows Server and virtualisation, or security operations
• Demonstrated experience running an MSP or MSSP service desk, NOC, or delivery function
• Genuinely strong written English — you will write incident reports and service reviews read by Singapore clients
• Comfortable being accountable for outcomes without daily supervision
• Willing to travel

Strongly preferred

• Experience in a Microsoft CSP or Fortinet partner environment
• Exposure to compliance frameworks — CSA Cyber Essentials / Cyber Trust, ISO 27001, PDPA
• Certifications: Microsoft MS-102 / AZ-104 / SC-200, Fortinet NSE 4+, ITIL

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
