About the Role

This is a commission-driven role. Your earning potential grows directly with the number of accounts and outlets you bring in and manage - there's no cap on what you can earn through commission.

Key Responsibilities

B2B Business Development

• Identify and approach new B2B customers (e.g. pasar malam traders, wholesalers, small retailers)
• Respond to customer inquiries, check stock availability, and provide pricing
• Negotiate terms and onboard new B2B accounts

Consignment Placement (New)

• Scout and identify potential consignment locations, such as small shops (kedai runcit)
• Pitch consignment arrangements and onboard new outlets on behalf of the client

Retail Consignment Management (Existing — Perak Region)

• Manage the client's existing retail consignment counters across multiple outlets in Perak
• Monitor stock levels, sales performance, and pricing at each outlet
• Liaise with outlet staff/HQ on replenishment, promotions, and issues
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all consignment accounts

Retail Event Support (Event-Based, Short-Term)

• Handle client retail events end-to-end (A–Z) - typically 1–2 months per event
• Coordinate setup, stock, on-site operations, and teardown
• Report on event performance

Requirements

• Comfortable with frequent travel and site visits across Perak
• Strong negotiation, coordination, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated — able to work independently and manage own schedule
• Basic understanding of retail/consignment operations is an advantage
• Own transport required

Compensation

• Basic: RM1,700
• Commission: 0.7% of total sales, tracked separately across 3 streams:
• B2B sales commission
• Retail consignment counter commission
• Retail event commission
• Engagement Type: Freelance/Agent basis - commission is uncapped and grows with the accounts and outlets you manage

Claims

• Transport claim: Available for site visits (approx. once/week)
• Meal claim: Available during site visits

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
