This position functions as the lead executor and coordinator for the organization's brand, tasked with implementing marketing strategies that drive brand visibility, product awareness, and lead generation. The role serves as a key liaison to maintain public image and corporate values across all distribution channels, media, employees, and customers by producing consistent, high-quality communications and monitoring campaign performance.
Key responsibilities
- Audits and reviews all internal and external content, acting as the frontline gatekeeper to ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines
- Executes SEO/SEM tactics, builds email marketing campaigns, and updates website content to actively drive online traffic
- Creates monthly content calendars, publishes daily posts, and directly engages with the audience across all social platforms
- Writes, designs, and coordinates the production of marketing collateral, including brochures, videos, and digital assets
- Handles the logistics, vendor management, and timelines for corporate events and product launches to engage stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to the brand manual (logos, fonts, tone of voice) to be consistent with all the materials within the company
- Keep up to date and follow up with the latest compliance and regulations in Malaysia and associations
- Adhere to internal SOPs and Group Policy to ensure the sustainability of the brand, uphold ethical business practices, protect the integrity of operations, achieve full compliance with regulatory expectations, and preserve the confidence entrusted by stakeholders and customers
Job Requirements
- A university degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or Business Administration
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Strong writing skills for press releases, speeches, and social media, alongside familiarity with design software
- Minimum 1–2 years executing campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Proven portfolio of copywriting, basic graphic design (Canva/Photoshop), and short-form video editing (CapCut)
- Experience using social scheduling tools and tracking platform metrics
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
