About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AVP – Technical Lead, IT Product to drive digital transformation initiatives across the Personal Lines, Accident & Health, and SME Insurance business. In this role, you will lead technical solution design, optimize business processes, enhance customer experience, and deliver innovative technology solutions that support the organization's APAC digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade web applications and digital solutions.
• Design, prototype, build, configure, and support client-facing applications and services.
• Develop web integration components and application monitoring solutions.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Prepare and maintain technical design documents and solution specifications.
• Lead technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and code reviews.
• Support production environments, including release management, incident management, and issue resolution.
• Ensure adherence to development best practices, coding standards, and quality processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital products aligned with business objectives.

• Experience in the Insurance domain (Personal Lines, Accident & Health, or SME Products) is an advantage.
