With over 20 years of experience advising on capital markets transactions across APAC, you will have significant exposure to a wide range of DCM instruments and debt restructuring transactions. It is an amazing team with top of the market deals and great culture.

Qualifications

• Excellent Academics
• SG qualified, NQ-3 PQE
• You come from a local firm with a strong DCM practice
• Experience with advising on different instruments such as bank regulatory capital, sukuks and CNY-denominated debt products.
• If you are an NQ who trained with a DCM team but qualified in a different practice area, the partner is open to retooling and training.
