Position : Project Designer (Sales Interior Designer)

Salary Range : Up to RM 8,000 (With Allowance & Commission)

Location : Millerz Square, Old Klang Road

Working Hours : Tuesday - Saturday (9.00am - 6.00pm)

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and sales-driven Project Designer to develop interior design solutions, manage client relationships, and convert design opportunities into successful projects. The ideal candidate combines strong design capabilities with excellent sales and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients to understand their design requirements, preferences, and budget.
• Prepare design concepts, space planning, mood boards, and 3D visualizations.
• Present design proposals, material selections, and project quotations.
• Drive sales by converting leads and achieving project sales targets.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and maintain quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on interior design trends, materials, and industry developments.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in interior design, sales design, or related roles.
• Proficient in design software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, KD Max, 3ds Max, or similar tools.
• Strong creativity, space planning, and design presentation skills.
• Good communication, negotiation, and client management abilities.
• Sales-oriented with the ability to achieve targets and manage multiple projects.
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Pay: Up to RM8,000.00 per month
