• Monday – Friday
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
• Experience handling full set accounts is preferred.
• Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous, organised, and able to work independently.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Candidates who are able to join immediately or within short notice will have an added advantage.

ResponsibilitiesFinancial Accounting

• Handle the full spectrum of accounting functions, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL).
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure accounting records are maintained accurately and on time.

Regional Finance Support

• Support daily accounting operations for both Malaysia and Singapore entities.
• Handle GST filing for the Singapore company.
• Participate in budgeting and financial planning activities.
• Work closely with regional finance teams to ensure smooth financial operations.

Reporting & Administration

• Maintain accurate financial documentation and supporting records.
• Assist with finance-related projects and process improvements.
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
