Job Responsibilities

• Lead and drive warehouse improvement activities to enhance operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, space utilization, and logistics performance.
• Coordinate warehouse improvement projects with internal departments, logistics partners, and external vendors to achieve project objectives, timelines, and quality requirements.
• Support warehouse capacity planning, new model introduction activities, and logistics process improvement initiatives.
• Monitor external warehouse inventory through SAP and ensure accurate inventory transactions and stock records are maintained.
• Perform inventory reconciliation between SAP records and physical stock, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor inventory aging and ensure effective stock management through FIFO principles to support production requirements.
• Coordinate and lead stock take activities, analyze inventory variance, and implement countermeasures for inventory accuracy improvement.
• Prepare and analyze warehouse performance reports, including inventory status, exception reports, KPI tracking, and improvement progress.
• Monitor warehouse facilities, equipment conditions, and preventive maintenance activities to ensure operational readiness.
• Collaborate with suppliers, logistics providers, warehouse vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth material flow and daily operations.
• Ensure proper control and maintenance of warehouse documentation, records, and audit-related requirements.
• Support warehouse audits, logistics projects, and operational activities at external warehouse locations when required.
• Ensure compliance with Honda policies, safety standards, quality requirements, and applicable government regulations.
• Perform other duties and improvement activities assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, inventory control, or supply chain operations, preferably within an automotive manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, material flow, and logistics processes.
• Experience in managing external warehouse operations or third-party logistics (3PL) providers is an added advantage.
• Knowledge and experience in SAP system and inventory control processes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions.
• Good project coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel for reporting and data analysis.
• Possess strong problem-solving skills, teamwork, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
