Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple business functions. The successful candidate will partner closely with hiring managers, provide market insights, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver quality talent to support business growth. This role requires strong stakeholder management, consultative recruitment skills, and the ability to manage multiple hiring priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from requisition intake to offer management.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source qualified candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing.
  • Conduct candidate screening interviews and assess candidates based on technical competencies, behavioural fit, and organisational culture.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Provide hiring managers with market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and talent availability insights.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and facilitate the interview process.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Maintain recruitment data and ensure timely updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Prepare recruitment reports and monitor key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates.
  • Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment events, campus hiring, and talent engagement activities when required.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4–7 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in an in-house Talent Acquisition or agency environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
  • Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and networking.
  • Good understanding of recruitment best practices and employment market trends.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin and Cantonese are an added advantage.
