Technical Director, Architecture & Planning

Basic Salary upto $18,000

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Architecture & Planning division, ensuring successful project delivery and operational excellence.
• Oversee architectural design, project management, and multidisciplinary coordination for building projects.
• Drive business development activities and secure new project opportunities.
• Manage project resources, budgets, risks, and financial performance.
• Provide technical leadership, quality assurance, and mentorship to architectural teams.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Master Degree in Architecture.
• Registered Architect with the Board of Architects Singapore.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural consultancy and project management.
• Strong leadership, business development, and client management skills.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary projects and teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen.
