Job Responsibilities:

·        Lead and manage the overall logistics operations across construction projects.

·        Oversee daily construction operations,  manpower coordination, and operational planning to support smooth project execution.

·        Manage fleet operations including cranes, lorries, vehicles, machinery, and equipment utilization.

·        Coordinate with Project Managers, site teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure operational and logistics requirements are met.

·        Supervise staff, general workers, and operational manpower across multiple project sites.

·        Monitor site maintenance, permits, insurance, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

·        Review operational performance, manpower deployment, resource utilization, and project costs.

·        Drive process improvement, operational efficiency, and problem-solving initiatives.

·        Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements:

·        Any Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Operations/ related field.

·        Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience in construction operations and  management.

·        At least 3–5 years of managerial experience in the construction industry.

·        Experience managing project operations, and site manpower management.

·        Familiar with Singapore construction industry practices and operational requirements.

·        Strong leadership, coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills.

·        Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

·        Knowledge of WSH requirements and regulatory compliance for construction operations.
