Faststream Recruitment has partnered with a global freight-forwarding company who is looking for a Warehouse Manager to join their team. 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily logistics, warehouse, transportation, and distribution operations to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
• Manage inventory, stock accuracy, shipment processing, delivery schedules, and transportation costs.
• Plan warehouse layout, storage, route optimization, and shipping activities to maximize operational efficiency.
• Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse staff while fostering a safe, productive, and collaborative work environment.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvements to enhance productivity, quality, accuracy, and cost efficiency.
• Resolve logistics, shipping, delivery, and customer-related issues promptly and effectively.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments including Production, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain accurate logistics documentation and ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ISO standards.
• Develop and maintain effective logistics processes, internal controls, and reporting systems to support business objectives.

Key Requirements:

• Prior warehousing experience with a 3PL company is preferred
• Good command of English
