Job Summary

Coordinate and oversee daily landscape maintenance operations, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction while managing resources and project documentation effectively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily landscape maintenance operations to ensure timely and quality completion
• Attend site inspections, meetings, and tender briefings to gather project requirements and align execution plans
• Prepare accurate quotations, maintenance schedules, reports, and work orders to support project delivery
• Plan and coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials to optimize resource utilization
• Supervise work progress on-site to maintain quality and safety standards consistently
• Liaise with clients to communicate project requirements, progress updates, and gather feedback for continuous improvement
• Resolve site issues and handle customer enquiries or complaints promptly to maintain client satisfaction
• Monitor staff attendance and maintain comprehensive project documentation for accountability
• Provide guidance and on-the-job training to landscape crew to enhance team skills and performance

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Horticulture, Arboriculture, Landscape Management, or related field
• Knowledge of horticulture or arboriculture to support technical decision-making
• Proficient in Microsoft Office to prepare documentation and reports efficiently
• Class 3 driving licence to facilitate site visits and operational mobility
• Relevant landscaping experience is an advantage but not mandatory
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently
