We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee our housekeeping operations and ensure our guests enjoy a comfortable and memorable stay.

Responsibilities:

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will:

• Lead and supervise the housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across guest rooms and public areas.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
• Manage housekeeping supplies, linen, and inventory to support smooth daily operations.
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, health, and hygiene regulations.

Pre-requisites

• GCE‘O’ Level or higher
• At least 2 years of Housekeeping Supervisor experience.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, interpersonal and training skills
• Confident, service-oriented, and able to handle challenging situations calmly.
• Proficient in hotel systems and basic computer applications.
• Able to work well in stressful and high-pressure situations.
• A team player, a motivator and self-starter
• Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
