Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Sales Team in coordinating HDB, project sales activities and administrative support.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, submission requirements and other project-related documents.
• Coordinate with customers, contractors, site supervisors, and on project requirements and schedules.
• Follow up on project progress and ensure timely supply of materials.
• Coordinate tile selection appointments and project documentation.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and project execution.
• Maintain accurate project records, filing, and reports.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Experience in project coordination, sales support, customer service, or the building materials industry will be an advantage.
• Experience with HDB projects is preferred but not essential.
• Candidates with relevant experience will be considered regardless of educational qualifications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Well-organized, responsible, and able to multitask.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
