Job Responsibilities

• Design and integrate lithium-ion battery systems for forklifts, AGVs, and industrial equipment.
• Configure Battery Management Systems (BMS), CAN Bus communication, and battery chargers.
• Perform battery testing, commissioning, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
• Provide technical support, on-site service, and warranty investigation.
• Prepare technical documents, reports, SOPs, and user manuals.
• Conduct customer training on battery operation, charging, maintenance, and safety.
• Support product development, prototype testing, and continuous product improvement.
• Assist the sales team with technical proposals, site surveys, and customer presentations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, Energy Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in lithium-ion battery engineering or industrial battery systems.
• Knowledge of LiFePO₄ batteries, BMS, CAN Bus, battery chargers, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Experience with forklift or AGV battery systems is an advantage.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
