岗位职责

  • We are looking for a supervisor to assist with the site operations, to supervise and evaluate workers performance and keep accurate records of workers attendance.
  • Must be able to lead a team of workers, assist and hands-on together with the workers to carry out the assigned work (washing of toilets, mopping, vacuuming, hi-jet washing, scraping, and cleaning of mirrors) within the time schedule.
  • Must be contactable at any time including weekend and public holidays as and when required
  • Able to communicate with management and workers, able to respond to customer’s complain and request.
  • Carry out routine check of machineries and carry out minor repairs and report to the operation managers if it required major repairs or replacement.
  • Must be able to work on weekend and public holidays.
  • Monitor all works that are carried out according to safety procedures.
  • Minimum Diploma Certificate Preferred.
  • Physically fit.
  • Have good interpersonal skills.
  • Min 3 to 5 year’s relevant experience.
  • Salary commensurate with working experience and qualifications.
