Job Description & Requirements

Job Summary

Manage and coordinate export sea freight shipments and vessel husbandry services to ensure timely processing and clear communication. Support operational goals through detailed documentation, effective teamwork, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full container load (FCL) sea export shipments from booking through documentation to ensure smooth shipment flow
• Arrange vessel husbandry services by liaising with vessel owners and masters calling at Singapore to ensure efficient service delivery
• Manage email correspondence with local and overseas customers, principals, and agents to promptly resolve operational issues and maintain clear communication
• Prepare and verify full sets of shipping documents, including Bills of Lading and cargo manifests, ensuring completeness and accuracy
• Collaborate effectively within a team and independently manage assigned tasks to achieve operational objectives
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications proficiently to prepare reports, correspondence, and maintain accurate shipment records
• Adapt to fast-paced, dynamic work environments to meet changing operational demands and deadlines

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum Diploma Holder or higher
• At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in the same industry
