We are seeking experienced Executive Career Advisors to support executives in the following regions:

• East Asia

About the Role

This is a flexible, remote contract opportunity for experienced executive coaches and career advisors who are passionate about helping senior leaders achieve their next career milestone.

You will work one-on-one with executives across a wide range of industries, providing strategic guidance on executive job search, career transitions, leadership positioning, and long-term career management. Advisors help clients develop compelling executive brands, strengthen their visibility with executive search consultants, prepare for interviews, and build effective networking strategies.

We are particularly interested in advisors who also have experience helping executives pursue corporate board opportunities, including board positioning, board resumes and biographies, networking strategies, and navigating the board appointment process.

In addition to individual coaching, advisors may contribute to executive workshops, webinars, educational content, and thought leadership initiatives while collaborating with the BlueSteps team to deliver an exceptional member experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one executive career consultations
• Develop personalized career and job search strategies for senior executives
• Coach clients on executive branding, resumes, LinkedIn profiles, biographies, and interview preparation
• Guide executives on networking with retained executive search consultants
• Support executives pursuing corporate board opportunities through board-specific coaching and positioning
• Deliver coaching with professionalism, confidentiality, and cultural awareness
• Maintain accurate coaching records and client documentation
• Participate in virtual workshops, webinars, and content development as opportunities arise
• Stay informed on executive hiring trends, leadership markets, and board recruitment practices

Qualifications

We're looking for professionals with demonstrated experience coaching senior executives, C-suite leaders, or board candidates.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Extensive experience in executive career coaching, career development, or executive search
• Proven success helping executives navigate career transitions and executive job searches
• Experience coaching executives pursuing corporate board positions is strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of executive search processes, leadership recruitment, and board governance
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and coaching skills
• The ability to build trusted relationships with senior executives from diverse industries and cultures
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a flexible remote coaching schedule independently
• A high degree of professionalism, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality
