Responsibilities:

• Review and approve credit assessments for bilateral and syndicated loan facilities.
• Evaluate borrowers' financial performance and recommend appropriate credit facilities.
• Review loan agreements, facility documentation, and credit proposals.
• Ensure compliance with the Bank's credit policies, MAS regulations, and AML/CFT requirements.
• Liaise with internal and external parties on credit and compliance matters.

Qualifications for the position include：

• At least 5 years of relevant banking experience in corporate credit, including bilateral and syndicated lending.
• Sound knowledge of credit analysis, financial statement analysis, and corporate lending.
• Solid knowledge of corporate lending, financial statement analysis, credit risk management, and loan documentation.
• Familiarity with MAS regulatory requirements and AML/CFT regulations will be an advantage.
• Able to communicate effectively with Head Office in Taiwan and Taiwanese corporate clients.
