• 1. Strategic HR & Organisation Design
• Develop long‑term workforce plans, organisation structures and HR roadmaps to support business growth.

2. Talent Acquisition & Leadership Pipeline

• Lead recruitment strategies for senior and critical roles; strengthen employer branding and talent pools.
• Drive talent reviews, high‑potential identification and formal succession planning.

3. Compensation, Benefits & Performance

• Design competitive total rewards; benchmark against Singapore market data; manage annual reviews and incentives.
• Oversee performance management cycles, capability building and skills development.
• Ensure accurate, timely compliance with CPF, SDL, FWL and other statutory contributions.

4. Employee Relations & Compliance

• Uphold all MOM requirements covering contracts, leave, overtime, termination and dispute resolution.
• Manage grievances, disciplinary matters and, where applicable, union/industrial relations.
• Foster engagement, wellbeing and a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

5. Operations, Analytics & Team Leadership

• Oversee HR operations: payroll, contracts, onboarding/offboarding and HRIS administration.
• Use workforce analytics to advise on turnover, manpower costs and productivity.
• Lead, mentor and develop the Singapore HR team; drive cross‑functional collaboration.
• Establish policies, governance frameworks and employee handbooks consistent with group standards and local laws.
• Advise leadership on change management, culture and talent‑related risks.

Pay: $18,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month
