我们希望你具备 | Requirements

Fluent in Mandarin (华语) for communication with Mandarin-speaking customers.
Basic English communication skills.
Good communication and problem-solving skills（良好的沟通与解决问题能力）.
Based in Johor or willing to work in Johor（工作地点：新山）.
Customer-oriented with a positive attitude（热爱服务，积极主动）.
