• Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
• Manage internship recruitment and related administration.
• Prepare and distribute company memorandums and maintain proper records.
• Coordinate with security vendors and monitor security-related documentation.
• Manage corporate phone lines, handphones, and related records.
• Handle staff uniform inventory, purchasing, and yearly distribution.
• Assist in annual HR activities, including festive arrangements and employee wellness programmes.
• Support SMETA audit preparation and all employee training activities.
• Assist with HRD Corp (HRDF) training grant applications and training administration.
• Respond to employee enquiries and liaise with relevant government authorities.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department and perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
