About the Role

We are looking for an Resource Intern to join our HR team. This internship provides hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, training, and HR administration. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced HR professionals while supporting daily HR operations and projects. This role is ideal for students who are eager to gain practical experience and build a career in Human Resources.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job vacancies and scheduling interviews
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Assist in organising employee training and engagement activities
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support leave, attendance, and other HR administrative tasks
• Assist with HR reports when required
• Help maintain HR policies, ISO documentation, and other compliance records
• Perform general administrative duties and support the HR team on daily operations
• Carry out other tasks assigned by the Superior

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Organised, responsible, and willing to learn
• Able to work well as part of a team
